*Free Shipping Exclusions
Free shipping over $89.00 does not apply to oversized or bulky items (including but not limited to large bags of kibble, litter and hay). This promotion is not available to Northwest Territories, Nunavut or select remote locations. Free shipping threshold applies to pre-tax, pre-shipping order value.
If your order qualifies for free shipping, the option will be automatically available during the checkout process.
*Canada Post Strike
Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, all orders will be shipped via UPS until further notice. Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes at this time. If you normally use a PO Box for delivery, we kindly ask that you provide a physical street address at checkout.
Shipping Rates
At Brindle Pet Supplies we're committed to offering competitive prices and timely shipping to all provinces across Canada. We offer heavily subsidized rates with our carrier partners Canada Post and UPS. This means, we'll cover a portion of the full shipping cost if your order is not eligible for free shipping!

To see the shipping rates (and options) to your area, simply place all desired items in your cart, and proceed to checkout. Once you've entered your shipping address on the Checkout page, the shipping rates and carrier options will populate.

Many shipping areas also qualify for expedited shipping. If you would like to receive your order more quickly, select the fastest option at Checkout.

Shipping and Delivery Details
All shipments are sent via Canada Post or UPS depending on your selection at checkout and/or carrier availability to the shipping address provided. We request that all orders (under $300 order value) be left on your doorstep without requiring a signature. All orders over $300 value require a signature upon delivery due to the high value and the increased risk of fraud or theft. On occasion, the delivery driver may determine there isn’t an appropriate place to safe-drop and will bring it to your nearest pickup point for pick-up. Please contact us at info@brindlepets.ca if you are unable to locate your package.
Once your order has shipped, a Canada Post or UPS tracking number will be sent with an order update email. You can track your package with your tracking number at ups.com or canadapost.ca. Please Note: Orders cannot be cancelled after they have shipped. We reserve the right to cancel any orders with invalid shipping addresses and/or if our partner carriers determine the shipping address provided is undeliverable.
Local Delivery and Pickup Details
For Local Delivery in Red Deer, Alberta, your order will be delivered securely to your doorstep with contactless delivery. Local Delivery in Red Deer takes place Monday through Friday between 9:00 am – 4:00 pm (excluding holidays). All orders default to next-business-day delivery when possible. If you would like to schedule your delivery for a day other than next-business-day, please email our team at info@brindlepets.ca to confirm prior to delivery. If your delivery falls on a holiday, it will be postponed to the next available business day.
If you would prefer to pickup your order, please select the “Local Pickup” option on the Checkout page. Please allow 24 hours processing time for pickups.
Shipping Delays
If your shipment is delayed or undeliverable please contact us at info@brindlepets.ca. Please note, we do not offer full or partial refunds on delayed orders. We are unable to offer a refund on your delivery until after the unopened, unused product has been returned to us. For more information on refunds, please review our Returns and Exchanges policies.
Backordered and Special Ordered Items
Select out-of-stock items are available for backorder on our website. Items eligible for backorder are identified on the product page and again on your order confirmation. Backordered items can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to ship depending on availability. If the backordered item becomes unavailable, your order will be canceled and you will be notified by email.
If there’s a product we don’t stock regularly, feel free to reach out to us - depending on availability, we may be able to bring it in as a special order! There is no additional cost for this service; however, all special orders must be prepaid and are not eligible for refunds, cancellations, or returns. Please also note that processing times for special-order items are typically 7 - 10 days before the order ships.
