Returns And Exchanges
At Brindle Pet Supplies, we are dedicated to providing pet parents with the most convenient way to shop, while prioritizing exceptional customer service. We strive to ensure you and your pets are completely satisfied with every purchase.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Unopened products in original packaging can be returned to Brindle Pet Supplies for a full refund within 30 days after the date of purchase. Products must not be consumed or expired to qualify for a refund. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please note: orders cannot be cancelled after they have shipped, but you are welcome to return the items once they arrive. If the return is due to an error by our team, the shipping cost will be covered by Brindle Pet Supplies. A full refund (less shipping fees) will be issued once your returned product is received and processed. Once your item arrives back at our warehouse, all refunds are processed within 72 hours. The credit will show on your original form of payment within 3-6 business days, depending on your credit card company. We do not offer refunds for delayed shipments.
If you or your pet are unsatisfied with the product, we are happy to replace products or help find something more suitable for your pet. To qualify for an exchange, products must not be more than 30% consumed, damaged or expired. Please note: exchanges are only eligible in-person at our Red Deer, Alberta location.
Sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your product arrives damaged, you’ve received an incorrect item, or are unhappy with a substitution, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item. In your contact request, please include your order number and a photo of the item(s). You may be eligible for a refund on items that arrived damaged or incorrect if the issue is noted within 24 hours of receiving the order. If you do not provide pictures of the damaged/incorrect item and packaging, we are unable to provide a refund. Products must not be consumed or opened to qualify for a refund. Please note: exchanges/replacement items are only eligible in-person at our Red Deer, Alberta location.
