What is Brindle Pet Supplies?

Brindle Pet Supplies is a locally owned and operated pet supplies retailer based in Red Deer, Alberta. We cater to cats, dogs and their beloved humans. Our online store, automatic deliveries and familiar brands make it simple and convenient to care for your pets. Order your products online, set your delivery frequency and let us fetch it for you!

How does it work?

Browse through our online store from the comfort of your home and select your pet’s favorite products. Once you’ve decided, add the items to your cart. Once in your cart, you'll be prompted to set your delivery frequency. Decide on a delivery frequency that works for your pet’s unique feeding habits. After setting your delivery frequency and checking your order over, proceed to checkout and create your Brindle account. Place your order then sit back and relax as we fetch it for you. No more last-minute dashes to the store! Your order will be delivered securely to the address provided. Future deliveries will be auto-shipped based on the schedule set by you.

Do you work with local shelters?

We’re animal lovers at our core and have a driving passion for making a difference in our local community. We’re committed to creating a better world for all animals by supporting local shelters and charities with the same unconditional compassion and determination we’ve learned from our own pups. Brindle Pet Supplies donates 5% of all profits to local shelters and charities. If you have a suggested shelter for our next donation, let us know!

How does the referral program work?

Invite your friends to join our pack! When you refer a friend, send them your unique referral code (find it in your Brindle account in the Referrals tab.) For every friend that signs up, places an order and enters your referral code at checkout, they'll receive 15% off their first order. As a valued member of our Brindle pack, you'll also receive $15 off your next scheduled delivery!

How often will my food be delivered?

It’s up to you! Set your delivery frequency on your Cart page and decide on a schedule that works for your fur baby. Choose a one-time delivery, or set a recurring schedule from every two weeks up to every eight weeks.

How can I change or cancel my order?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. You can change or cancel your subscription by emailing us at [email protected] or texting 587.377.8811. All changes to your account must be made 48 hours prior to your next scheduled delivery date.

Do I have to sign up for recurring deliveries?

Although we encourage recurring deliveries for your convenience, it is not necessary to place an order. If you’d like to place a single order, simply select one-time purchase in your Cart.

As part of our loyalty program, if you sign up for recurring deliveries, you'll receive 5% off every order!

When and how often do you bill my account?

We will process all credit card transactions at the time of delivery. Your credit card will only be charged for your current delivery. If you’d like to make changes to your order, they must be made 48 hours prior to your next delivery date.

Is there a delivery fee?

  • FREE delivery within the City of Red Deer!
  • FREE delivery on orders over $50.00 outside of Red Deer.
  • Orders under $50.00 outside of Red Deer are charged a $7.99 delivery fee.

Pro tip: If your food is under $50.00, try adding some treats to spoil your pet! Or, double up your order and set a longer delivery frequency. For example, if your cat or dog goes through one bag of food every four weeks, set your order for two bags to be delivered every eight weeks to save on shipping! 

*Delivery fee is determined pre-tax.

Will my price change without prior notice?

Prices on products may increase, however you will always be notified if this affects your order. If the price change happens within 48 hours of your delivery, you will be charged the original price. If the price change occurs outside of the 48 hour window, orders will be charged at the increased price, unless you change or cancel future deliveries. If no action (change or cancel order) is taken, this will be considered acceptance of the price increase. Brindle Pet Supplies will not debit your credit card at any time to adjust your billing if there is a price change after the product(s) has been paid for. You will not be notified of reductions in price, however, you will receive the lower price on future scheduled deliveries.

How do I know when my order will be delivered?

It's up to you! You will select your first delivery date on the checkout page.

For your future subscription deliveries, you’ll be assigned a delivery day based on your desired delivery frequency and shipping address. Each area is serviced on the same day every week, so you can easily plan for your next delivery. You can always check when your next delivery is scheduled in your Brindle account in the Subscriptions tab. 

24 hours before your order is scheduled to be delivered you will receive a delivery reminder notification via the email address provided in your Brindle account. Upon delivery, you will receive another email notification that your order has been securely delivered to your door.

What if my delivery arrives damaged or my pet doesn’t like it?

No worries! We want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Contact us if your product arrived damaged or your pet is less than impressed. We’re happy to replace products or help find something more suitable for your pet. 

*Brindle Pets must be notified within 24 hours of delivery if the product arrived damaged.

*No more than 30% of the product can be consumed to qualify. 

What is your return policy?

Products can be returned up to 30 days after the order date. Products must not be consumed, damaged or expired to qualify for a refund. Please let us know if you wish to return a product and we will schedule a free pickup. Please see our Contact page for contact information.

Where do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to Blackfalds, Bowden, Eckville, Innisfail, Lacombe, Olds, Penhold, Ponoka, Red Deer, Rocky Mountain House, Stettler, and Sylvan Lake.
